Welcome to the December Aussie Mummy Bloggers Carnival where we feature all the best posts from the last month! It’s my pleasure to be hosting all these lovely bloggers. We have 24 submissions – so really you have one awesome thing to read from now until 2011. As usual they come in first in, best dressed sequence. You might notice that I’ve included Facebook and Twitter pimpage. There’s no mystery as to why I included some people’s links and not others – it’s just based on people who included the information with their submission. Enjoy!
Tina of Tina Gray {dot} Me – PR Requests and How I Handle Them as a Blogger Aussie Brands are realising the influence that bloggers have and our inboxes are seeing more and more PR requests flooding in. Everyone has their own way of dealing with them but this is MY way. Follow Tina on Twitter and like her on Facebook because I said so.
Lucy of Diminishing Lucy – Food is Fuel Not Entertainment A timely post to remind us that food is just fuel, food is not entertainment….. You can follow Lucy on Twitter and like her on Facebook because she’s worth it.

from Toushka – Cinema Shenanigans: A tale of retro ragamuffinary that would never happen today. Live chickens, alarms clocks and scary hose tricks in cinemas of yesteryear, or “how my parents used to get their kicks at the flicks”.
Farmers Wifey - Car Games Farmers Wifey shares her secrets in making car trips with the kids almost fun! For all the shenanigans you’ll have to follow Farmers Wifey on Twitter and like her on Facebook.
Kelly of Be a Fun Mum - Mum Labels: Is there a war? Since becoming a mother, I’ve drifted from one category to another but to my kids, I’m always just “Mum”. They don’t care what label is attached to me! I’m not against the categories as such, but when they cause an obvious clicky rift or horrid generalised judgement, I can’t see them being a positive thing.Feel like being inspired? Follow Kelly on Twitter and like her on Facebook.
katepickle of picklebums – The Idiot Box and Us Musings about the evils of television for both adults and children and how we can make it work for us rather than against us. Do you let your children watch television? What work for your family when it comes to the ‘idiot box’? Follow katepickle on Twitter or go on being very deprived.
Megan of Writing Out Loud – Black and White To me, the world is black and white. There is no grey. There are no shadows. Not in my world. For more on Megan’s amazing world follow her on Twitter and like her on Facebook.
Ash of Mm is for me’s blog – I’m a Proud Mummy – Will’s first drawing of a person A few little lines on paper had me bursting with mummy pride. Follow Ash on Twitter and like her on Facebook. Seriously, do it.

Stacey of Veggie Mama – Ministry of Food: Classic Mince and Onion Pie The one where I accept the challenge to learn a Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food recipe and pass it on while hoping I’m met with less resistance than he was! MumtoJ – The Screams Inside This is a poem I wrote about how I feel inside sometimes without my Nan, I’m sure anyone who has experience any kind of loss will relate
You can tweet it up with mumtoj on Twitter. Partly because it’s difficult to tweet anywhere else but on Twitter and mostly because she’s awesome.
Zoey at Good Goog – Scar Tissue I didn’t cry when my daughter was in the ICU but I did when she had gastro. It doesn’t make sense to me either. You can follow me on Twitter and like me on Facebook.
