A blog in words and pictures
So here it is. The photo that I am using for the crocheting/photography contest. I’d like my $15,000 now! I’m sure they will have a million entries so I’m not holding my breath. But anything that got me to actually work my way through a pattern instead of crocheting square things is a good thing.
Still, I might start spending money in my mind for the pure entertainment value. I can amuse myself for some time this way. I’m already thinking about shoes and handbags.

Basically the cutest photo of an under 5 year old wearing something that you’ve knitted/crocheted wins $15,000. Worth a go, right?
As per usual, I’ve left things to the absolute last minute and the deadline is looming. I don’t think this is the picture I’m going to send in. I’ll take Riley out to the park in the morning and see if I can get something with a prettier background than my lounge room. We’ll see. I do like the fact that this photo was completely unprompted by me. I’m lazy like that.
